MEET OUR FOUNDER & Lead Trainer
I'm Cassandra Habel (She/they pronouns). Most of my life I've been an active human, playing sports, spending time outdoors, and there's rarely a physical activity that I have done and haven't liked.
I fell in love with functional fitness and strength training by way of CrossFit until the pandemic hit. From there I still did CrossFit style workouts, but also started integrating hypertrophy and traditional strength training.
Prior to focusing on FFC full-time I worked as a gym manager and trainer for Anytime Fitness and also worked as a Group Fitness Instructor for Crunch fitness for their HIIT Zone and TRX classes.
I've completed certifications as a NASM Group Fitness Instructor as well as completed certifications via Pain Free Performance Certification program and Barbell Rehab. I'm currently studying to obtain certification for the CrossFit Level 1 coaching certification as well as the Level 1 Coaching Certification from USA Weightlifting.

+Overhead Press
We pick 4 movements to focus on for a 12-week strength cycle where we focus on the foundations of the movement in the first 4 weeks and add weight and test rep maxes in order for our members to track their progress over time.
New folks can join at anytime! No prior experience needed, but it is helpful.
After our strength piece, we will do some metabolic conditioning ranging
anywhere from 10-20 minutes.
Our conditioning utilizes popular movements from functiaonal fitness and
CrossFit style training and is scalable to all levels!
